COLUMBUS, OH- Columbus Police Officers responded to reports of a shooting Sunday night in the 600 block of Canterbury Way.
When officers arrived, they were not able to locate a victim, but found that many surrounding apartments had been struck by bullets.
“While still processing the scene, officers responded to an area hospital after receiving a call that a walk-in shooting victim had just arrived, suffering from a single gunshot wound to his left hip,” according to detectives.
It was found that the two incidents were related. The victim is expected to fully recover from his injuries.
