MUNSON, OH- Dave Lipovec is the lucky winner of the Ohio Lottery Scratch-Off, Cash Celebration on Tuesday. He won the $50,000 prize at CJ’s Beverage, located at 23886 Lakeshore Blvd in Euclid.
“Cash Celebration is a $30 scratch-off with a top prize of $40,000 a year for 25 years. As of June 7, 2022, 27 top prizes remain in the game,” according to lottery officials.
