Columbus Shooters Fire Shots Into Crowd

COLUMBUS, OH- The Columbus Police Department is investigating a shooting that took place at East 5th Avenue and Summit Street early Sunday morning.

“The victim was standing in the parking lot at the southeast corner of the intersection when an unknown person in the same parking lot began firing a handgun several times into a group of people,” according to police. The group was leaving a local café.

A victim was struck in the leg by this gunfire. He was transported to a local area hospital in stable condition.
