Four Shot in Baltimore on West Lafayette Friday Morning

BALTIMORE, MD – Baltimore Police responded to a shooting call on the 1800 block of West Lafayette Avenue Friday morning at around 10:30 to discover three people shot.

Gunshots rang out in the neighborhood, leaving three people shot and another innocent bystander shot while driving her car through the area at the time of the shooting.

Upon their arrival, officers located a 50-year-old female and a 33 and 46-year-old male all suffering from apparent gunshot wounds. Medics transported the victims to area hospitals with non-life-threatening gunshot wounds.


Later, at approximately 10:51 p.m., officers were advised of a fourth victim, a walk-in shooting victim at an area hospital. Upon arrival, officers located a 21-year-old female suffering from an apparent non-life-threatening gunshot wound.

Preliminary investigation revealed that the 46, 33, and 50-year-old victims were stand in the 1800 block of Lafayette Avenue when an unidentified armed suspect began shooting. The 21-year-old female victim was driving in that same block when she was shot.
