CLARKSTOWN, NY – Residents of Clarkstown are upset about a new gun store that seemingly opened up overnight in their community. Residents have been calling town officials and the Clarkstown Police Department about the new store named Chew’s Guns and Ammo, which sells guns, buys guns, and trades guns. They also claim to sell knives and war relics.

Police today broke the news to residents. The store is not real but part of a television show set. The store was set up for the filming of the AMC+ series FBI: Most Wanted, starring Roxy Sternberg, Keisha Castle-Hughes, and Julian McMahon.

“The Town of Clarkstown has become increasingly popular with film and television scouts. This week, FBI: Most Wanted is filming at a few locations across New City, including the old Radio Shack on Main Street,” police said. “Many residents have expressed concern about a new gun store opening in that location. Please be advised this makeover is for filming purposes only and is not an actual gun store.”

The Hudson Valley area has been a popular spot to film movies and some pretty ‘big’ movies were filmed here.
