DC Police Search For Car Thief in Northeast D.C.

WASHINGTON, D.C. – The Washington, D.C. Metro Police Department is investigating a stolen auto offense that took place last night. This incident happened on the 1200 block of Faraday Place in Northeast, DC. Police are asking for your help identifying a person of interest.

According to police, “At approximately 10:00 pm, the suspect entered an occupied residence at the listed location. Once inside, the suspect took property then fled the scene in the victim’s vehicle.”

The vehicle is described as being possibly a 2014 Silver Mazda, with DC tags FX2166. The vehicle and a person of interest were captured by surveillance cameras.
