Police Make Drug Bust After Pulling Over Stolen Vehicle

LINTHICUM, MD – On August 4, 2022, at approximately 2:30 a.m., officers conducted a traffic stop on a reported stolen vehicle in the area of Nursery Road and Raynor Avenue in Linthicum. During the investigation, officers learned that the vehicle was reported stolen in Baltimore in July 2022.

During the subsequent search of the vehicle, officers found approximately 141 grams of suspected marijuana, 98 oxycodone pills, and four capsules of suspected heroin. In the course of their investigation, officers learned that the vehicle contained evidence related to an earlier attempted robbery. (See case #22-727146) Continued investigation revealed that the passenger had outstanding warrants for their arrest. Both the driver and passenger were arrested and charged accordingly.

Dontray Marquis Diggs, 30 and Rashaad Jajuan Perry, 21 were both arrested.
