Baltimore Police Make Arrest in Murder of 33 Year-Old Man

BALTIMORE, MARYLAND – The Baltimore Police Department have made an arrest in the murder of a 33 year-old man that took place on July 26th in the Northeast section. Police have arrested 20 year-old Rakim Muhammad Jr., of Baltimore.

Muhammed was arrested on August 4th and charged with 1st and 2nd degree murder. Police believe Muhammed shot and killed Earnest Jackson.

Police say, “At approximately 10:41 p.m., officers responded to the 3200 block of Fenwick Avenue for a shooting. Upon arrival, officers located a 33-year-old male who was suffering from gunshot wounds to the upper torso. The victim was transported to Johns Hopkins Hospital by Baltimore City medics where he died a short time later.”
