WILLINGBORO, NJ – On Wednesday the Willingboro Police responded to the Willingboro Police Athletic League (PAL)softball field to find that a burglary occurred to the snack shack. It was determined that someone entered the property causing an extensive amount of damage.

PAL is volunteer based and a self-funded program that partners with the Willingboro Police Department. Officers and staff help facilitate duties throughout the year such as lend a helping hand for administrative duties, practice and games to interact with our town’s youth and young sports enthusiasts.

Due to the amount of damage and the short turn around for the fall season, we needed help. Contact was made with our professional friends at Radwell International, located at 1 Millennium Drive. After witnessing the damage by Radwell staff, they graciously swooped in to lend a helping hand to clear out and help clean all of the damage. Today, Radwell staff members responded with supplies and equipment to assist our Officers, volunteers and the PAL coaches. They even provided a delicious lunch from Mission BBQ to all that helped volunteer. After clearing out and cleaning the inside of the building Radwell made a financial donation to fix the rest of the building. The Willingboro PAL organization and the Willingboro Police Department cannot thank Radwell enough for the contributions to our program and the Willingboro Community. Here’s to a great softball season, Go Diamonds!
