Man Struck, Robbed at Gunpoint at Philadelphia Gas Station

PHILADELPHIA, PA – A man was robbed at gunpoint and assaulted by a group of black males at a Philadelphia gas station last week.  Today, police released video surveillance footage from the scene of the crime and are searching for the three men who committed the armed robbery and assault.

According to police, on August 12, at 9:30 am at 4268 Ridge Ave the victim, a 30-year-old-male, reported he was robbed threat of a gun by three unknown black males while at the Shell Gas Station.

“Video surveillance recovered from the gas station shows three unknown black males approach the complainant while he was in his car and threatened to shoot him and struck him in his face demanding his wallet and keys,” police said. “The suspects then fled in a silver Chevrolet that was later recovered and found to be in stolen status.”
