WASHINGTON, D.C. – The Metro Police Department in Washington D.C. is investigating an armed robbery that took place on Monday. This incident took place on the 2500 block of Pennsylvania Avenue in Southeast, D.C.. Detectives are asking for the public’s assistance in identifying and locating the suspects.
According to detectives, “At approximately 3:10 am, the suspects approached the victim at the listed location. One of the suspects brandished a handgun and demanded property. The victim complied. The suspects then fled the scene.”
