Man Shot Multiple Times in Northeast D.C.

WASHINGTON, D.C. – The First District of the Washington D.C. Metro Police Department is investigating the shooting of a man that took place shortly after midnight Sunday morning. This incident happened on the 1300 block of H Street in Northeast D.C. The man is expected to survive.

According to investigators, “At approximately 12:08 am, members of the First District responded to the listed location for the report of a shooting. Upon arrival, members located an adult male victim suffering from gunshot wounds. The victim was transported to a local hospital for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries.”

A nearby surveillance camera captured a vehicle of interest in the shooting. It is described as a white Toyota Camry.
