PHILADELPHIA, PA – A Philadelphia 7-Eleven was robbed by a man claiming to have a gun. According to police, the man entered the store, said he had a gun, and demanded money from the store clerk.
That robbery took place back on July 18th, but the store was robbed again a month later by the same individual, this time with an accomplice.
According to police, on July 18th, at approximately 7:15 am the suspect walked into the store 7-Eleven located at 6919 Torresdale Ave with no mask on and then leaves without purchasing anything.
“The suspect then returns a minute later with a mask on simulating that he had a gun and demanded money,” police said. “After taking an undisclosed amount of money the suspect fled the store.”
Police said the same suspect returned to the same 7-Eleven on August 19, at 5:12 am, along with a second unknown male, and went behind the counter armed with handguns demanding money.
“After taking an unknown amount of money both suspects fled the area in an unknown direction,” police said.
