New York City Police Investigating Garment District Stabbing

NEW YORK, NY – the New York City Police Department is investigating a stabbing that took place in the Garment District on Wednesday. According to police at around 12:50 a.m. in front of 135 West 36th Street, an unknown individual approached the suspect, displayed a knife and stabbed the victim multiple times.

The suspect then fled the scene. Police are now searching for the suspect and provided a video nearby surveillance cameras show the victim walking along 36th Street. The New York City Police Department is asking the public to provide assistance in identifying the suspect involved in the stabbing.

According to police investigating the incident, no suspects or motives have been announced at this time. No arrests have been made.
