NYPD Investigating Act of Lewdness, Assault in Brooklyn

NEW YORK, NY – The New York City Police Department is investigating after a woman was assaulted and a was a victim of lewdness and indecent exposure by an unknown man in Brooklyn.

According to police, the incident happened last Saturday at about 1:35 a.m. in the vicinity of Lorimer St and Montrose Ave.

The New York City Police Department said the unknown male approached a 24-year-old woman and expose himself to her. While exposing himself the man grabbed her by the body and demanded that she perform a sexual act on him.


The police department did not disclose the details of the attack or say what charges the man could be facing. The New York City Police Department issued a photo of the suspect and is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying the man wanted for the heinous act.

According to police investigating the incident, no suspects or motives have been announced at this time. No arrests have been made.
