Toledo, Ohio – The Toledo Police Department has issued an alert for a missing adult female who was last seen in July at her mother’s house with her children. According to police, on July 5th, Samantha Lannen, age 28, arrived at her mother’s residence with her children in the 5700 block of Swan Creek Dr.
‘Samantha became upset and left the location without her children. She has not been seen since,” the Toledo Police Department said in a statement today.
