D.C. Murder Victim Identified as 73 year-old woman

WASHINGTON, D.C. – The Washington, D.C. Metro Police Department has identified the victim of Sunday’s homicide that took place on the 5100 Block of 2nd Street in Northwest, D.C.

The victim has been identified as 73-year-old Gloria Williams of Washington, D.C.

Williams was found suffering from sharp force injuries after police had received a call for a welfare check shortly after 12pm. She was found inside her residence and pronounced at the scene.
