D.C. Police Need Help Identifying Shooting Suspect’s Vehicle

WASHINGTON, D.C. – The DC metropolitan police department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating a vehicle related to a shooting that took place early Monday morning.

Police reported that at 5 a.m., officers responded to the location for the report of a shooting to find an adult male suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. The victim was taken to a local hospital for treatment of non-life threatening injuries and is expected to survive.

During the investigation, police retrieved surveillance camera footage of the suspect’s vehicle fleeing the scene. The incident happened in the area of the 3800 block of Minnesota Avenue in Northeast DC.
