TOMS RIVER, NJ – The Toms River Police Department is investigating a bank fraud case involving a suspect that is also being sought for a hit-and-run crash. According to police, a woman pictured in bank security camera footage released today was traveling from North Jersey into Toms River.
Detectives belive the woman was traveling from the Union or Essex County area of north Jersey prior to committing the alleged bank fraud and hit and run.
Police did not release any further details regarding this incident or the investigation.
