16-year-old reported missing in White Oak

Gaithersburg, MD – Detectives from the Montgomery County Department of Police – Special Victims Investigations Division (SVID) are asking for the public’s assistance in locating a missing 16-year-old from White Oak.   

Loc Nguyen was last seen on Friday, December 16, 2022, at approximately 7:00 p.m., in the 11500 block of Stewart Lane. 

Nguyen is approximately 5-feet, 3-inches tall and weighs 100 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes. 

Police and family are concerned for his welfare.
