COLUMBUS, OH – 50-year-old Sinnea Thomas was arrested after turning himself in to the Columbus Police Department hours after killing his girlfriend in their Butler Avenue home.

On Sunday, police officers were dispatched to the 700 block of Butler Avenue for a reported shooting. When they arrived, they located 45-year-old Tamieka Ross with multiple gunshot wounds.

Ross was pronounced dead at the scene by the Columbus Fire Department.

According to police Thomas and Ross lived together and had been arguing with each other during the day.
