NEW YORK, NY – Charles Lindsay, a repeat felon and member of the “Rich Fam” gang in New York City was granted leniency by the Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg and released from jail.

Lindsay is a suspect in the rape of a 15-year-old girl and was facing four grand larcenies. Bragg’s office removed the four felony charges against Lindsay, as long as he attended five Manhattan Justice Opportunities sessions.

It’s unknown whether or not he attended those sessions, but shortly after being let off the hook, Lindsay robbed a 14-year-old boy at gunpoint in a New York City park.
