ESSEX, MD – The Baltimore County Police Department has issued a missing person alert for a 16-year-old girl who has been reported missing in the Essex Area.
According to the BCPD, 16-year-old Heaven Howard was last seen in the Essex area on Thursday wearing black glasses, a clip-on nose ring, a black hoodie with a Looney Tunes character on it, and blue jeans.
Police said family members last saw Heaven leaving her home on Thursday. They are asking the public to keep an eye out for her at this time.
