NEWARK, DELAWARE – Police investigating what was thought to be a motor vehicle crash in Newark ended up opening a homicide investigation after a man was found dead inside the vehicle.
Delaware State Police are investigating a homicide that occurred yesterday, early in the morning in Newark. Initially thought to be a traffic accident, the adult male victim was found with a gunshot wound inside a vehicle on Old County Road.
Police have not identified any suspects. No arrests have been made.
