BALTIMORE, MARYLAND – A man was shot last night in Central Baltimore. The incident happened at the 2400 Block of Homewood Avenue.
Just after 10 pm, officers from the Baltimore Police Department arrived at a hospital at the Unit Block of South Green Street to investigate a report of a walk-in shooting victim. At the hospital, police found a 30-year-old man suffering from a gunshot wound to his ankle.
The victim told police he was at the 2400 Block of Homewood Avenue when a suspect approached him and started shooting at him. As he ran away, the victim realized he was shot in the left ankle.
