Homicide Investigation Launched in Western Baltimore after Fatal Shooting

WESTERN BALTIMORE, MD – On Wednesday, at approximately 5:10 p.m., Baltimore police officers responded to a ShotSpotter alert in the 600 block of North Pulaski Street. Upon arrival, they found a 42-year-old man who had sustained multiple gunshot wounds to his body.

Officers attempted to save the victim’s life until medics arrived. However, the victim was pronounced dead upon arrival at the University of Maryland Shock Trauma Center.

Homicide detectives responded and assumed control over the investigation. The Baltimore police department urges anyone with information regarding this incident to come forward to assist in the investigation.
