STEVENS, PA – On March 31, 2023, the Northern Lancaster County Regional Police Department (NLCRPD) received a complaint from a former partner of Tabitha Lynn Christian, 30, of Manheim.
The victim accused Christian of posting intimate images of a sexual nature on a social media site without their permission. Following an investigation, authorities confirmed that the images had been posted online without the consent of one of the parties involved.
As a result, charges were filed against Christian for violating PA Crimes Code Title 18 section 3131(A), Unlawful Dissemination of Intimate Image, a misdemeanor.
The case has been filed in front of MDJ Tobin. Christian is charged with one count of Unlawful Dissemination of Intimate Image (M2). The NLCRPD is urging anyone with additional information related to this case to contact their local authorities.
