Silver Spring woman wins $100k on lottery scratch off ticket

Silver Spring, MD – A 44-year-old woman from Silver Spring, MD, who loves spending her time in the kitchen, has won a $100,000 prize on a $10 In the Money scratch-off. The woman, who wished to remain anonymous, found her lucky ticket at Del Mercado Exxon, located at 2201 Bel Pre Road in Silver Spring.

The lucky winner frequently stops at the store on her way home from work and purchased two In the Money scratch-offs and three Frogger instant tickets. She discovered her good fortune while cooking dinner at home and quickly called her mother to share the great news.
