D.C. Police Searching For Vehicle Involved In Shooting

WASHINGTON, D.C. – The Washington, D.C., Metro Police Department is asking for help identifying a vehicle involved in a shooting on Tuesday afternoon in Southeast, D.C. This incident happened at the 4300 block of F Street.

Police officers were dispatched to the scene shortly before 12:30 pm to investigate a shooting. Upon arrival, they found an adult male victim with an apparent gunshot wound. The victim was taken to a local hospital for treatment of injuries and is expected to survive.

A nearby surveillance camera captured the suspect’s vehicle. If you have any information about this incident or recognize the vehicle, please take no action but call the police at (202) 727-9099 or text your tip to the Department’s TEXT TIP LINE at 50411. This case remains under investigation.
