New York City Police Department Seeks Public’s Help in Locating Missing 11-Year-Old Girl

NEW YORK – The New York City Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in finding Aniya Oyelaya-Jones, an 11-year-old female who was reported missing on Monday, April 17, 2023. Oyelaya-Jones resides within the confines of the 71 Precinct in Brooklyn, NY.

According to the police report, Aniya was last seen on Monday, April 17, 2023, at approximately 7:00 p.m. inside her residence located at 49 Crown Street in Brooklyn. She is described as being 5’5″ tall, weighing 140 pounds, with a thin build, medium complexion, black hair with gold braids, and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a gray sweater with black stripes and camouflage cargo pants.

The NYPD has released a photo of the missing girl and is urging anyone with information about her whereabouts to contact Crime Stoppers Hotline at 1-800-577-TIPS (8477).
