PHILADELPHIA, PA – Philadelphia-based 501(c)(3) organization Kamp For Kids is set to host the Food Truck Festival For Autism, with 100% of the proceeds benefiting children with autism and their families. The organization has invited local celebrities to participate in the event, which is scheduled for April 22 from 12 pm to 6 pm at The Lighthouse Field, located at 101 E. Erie Ave, Phila, PA 19134 (Across from St. Chris. Hospital).
The festival will feature an Aussie meat pie eating competition at 3 pm, taking place on the main stage and commentated by Tony Luke, Jr & Comedian Joe Conklin. Competitive eater Eric “Badlands” Booker is set to headline the event, and special guest speaker Ben Hartranft, Eagles Ambassador for Autism, will also be in attendance.
The family-friendly event will include food trucks, vendors, live music, carnival games, and much more. All proceeds from the event will benefit children with autism, and Kamp For Kids is excited to invite everyone to come and join in the fun while supporting a worthy cause.
