12-year-old reported missing in Germantown

GERMANTOWN, MD – The Montgomery County Police Department is requesting the public’s help in locating 12-year-old Marcell Rejaun Rozier Duffin, who went missing on Sunday, April 23, 2023, from Germantown, Maryland.

The Montgomery County Department of Police – Special Victims Investigations Division is leading the search for the boy, who was last seen at around 3:30 p.m. on Cottage Field Ct. According to reports, Duffin may have headed to the Rio area in Gaithersburg.

Duffin is described as being about 4-feet, 3-inches tall and weighs approximately 80 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes, and was last seen wearing a grey hoodie, black jeans, and blue and white Jordan sneakers. Police and the boy’s family are concerned about his welfare.
