Kids ride free on New Jersey Transit trains on Take Your Child to Work day

TRENTON, NJ – NJ Transit is offering free rides for kids under 18 on “Take Your Children to Work Day,” which is set to take place on Thursday, April 27th. Up to two children can ride for free with a paying adult, and no ticket is needed for the kids. The initiative is part of the company’s efforts to encourage future generations to pursue careers in transportation.

Additionally, NJ Transit offers free rides for up to three children under the age of four when accompanied by a paying customer. Furthermore, on weekends and holidays, up to two children aged five to eleven can ride for free with a paying adult between 7:00 pm Friday or the day before a holiday until 6:00 am Monday or the day after a holiday.
