PHILADELPHIA, PA – A hit-and-run crash in the 5600 block of Mascher Street has left a 47-year-old male fatally injured on Sunday.
The vehicle, described as a white or silver Lexus SUV, fled the scene after the collision and is believed to have damage to the front bumper, grille, hood, and windshield.
