Police searching for suspect in an assault that left victim with brain trauma

NEW YORK CITY – A male victim was assaulted by an unknown male attacker on Monday, leaving him with serious brain trauma.

On Monday, at approximately 12:37 AM, a 31-year-old male victim was approached by an unknown individual in front of 30 Wyckoff Avenue. The suspect punched the victim in the face, causing him to fall to the ground.

The victim was taken to Wyckoff Hospital for treatment of facial lacerations and a brain bleed. The suspect fled southbound on Wyckoff Avenue.


The sought individual is described as a male with a light complexion and braids, last seen wearing a white t-shirt, blue jeans, and white sneakers.
