The Melting Pot reopens in Greenville

GREENVILLE, SC – The Melting Pot, a popular fondue restaurant with nearly 100 locations nationwide, has recently launched a system-wide remodeling project to give all its restaurants a modern and open look. This remodeling initiative, called Melting Pot Evolution, aims to provide a consistent dining experience to franchisees and customers alike.

According to Deborah Ramos, senior design manager at Front Burner Brands, the new design features an open dining room and a visible bar area where bartenders can craft high-level cocktails.

The Melting Pot CEO Bob Johnston sees this remodeling as an opportunity for growth in South Carolina, where the franchise already has three locations. The renovated Melting Pot design, with playful elements like fireplaces and candle features, is meant to provide an immersive and entertaining dining experience for its customers.

The Greenville location is the latest restaurant to undergo remodeling, and it’s the fifth of over 60 restaurants scheduled to be remodeled this year.

Scott Evans, director of construction and design at Front Burner Brands, reports that remodeled locations are performing nearly 20% better than non-remodeled ones, which is a testament to the positive impact of the new design. Franchise owners are also seeing a return on investment from remodel-related projects, and customers are returning to their local restaurants to explore the changes.
