Domestic dispute at Great Wolf Lodge ends in arrest of son who attacked mother

TANNERSVILLE, PA – On Saturday, Officers with the Pocono Township Police Department were dispatched to Great Wolf Lodge following a report of a physical domestic dispute. Upon arrival, officers made contact with the female victim, who displayed visible injuries to her face.

She claimed that an argument with her son escalated to physical violence and led to her injuries.

Officers identified the male suspect as Anthony C. Delacruz, a 24-year-old male from Lancaster. During the investigation, Delacruz provided false information regarding his identity. He was arrested and charged with Simple Assault, False Identification to Law Enforcement, and Harassment.


Delacruz was transported to the Monroe County Correctional Facility. It was also discovered that he had an active bench warrant for failure to appear for charges in Lancaster County.
