D.C. Police Searching For Gunmen

WASHINGTON, D.C. – The Washington, D.C. Metro Police Department’s detectives are requesting the public’s help in identifying a suspect in connection with a shooting that took place on Saturday night in Southeast D.C.

At the 2400 block of Shannon Place, a verbal altercation ensued between the suspects and the victim just before 11 pm. One of the suspects pulled out a handgun and fired at the victim, after which they left the scene. The victim was taken to a nearby hospital for treatment and is anticipated to survive.
