Endangered 55-Year-Old Man Missing from Philadelphia

PHILADELPHIA, PA- The Philadelphia Police Department is seeking the public’s help in locating 55-year-old Luis Padua, who has been reported missing as an endangered person. Luis was last seen on Tuesday, May 23, 2023, at approximately 4:00 P.M. in the area of the 3699 block of Aramingo Avenue.

Luis Padua is described as 5’6″ tall and weighing around 140 lbs. He is bald with brown eyes. At the time of his disappearance, he was wearing a T-shirt and blue jeans. Luis has several tattoos on his body, including “The Pink Panther” on his left arm.
