BALTIMORE, MD- A Glen Burnie resident, who often indulges in Maryland Lottery scratch-offs alongside his mother, had his moment of triumph this week as he claimed his first-ever top prize of $50,000.

During their recent playing, the winner decided to give the Lucky Riches instant ticket a shot. Within moments, he realized that he had struck gold, securing the game’s top prize. Delighted by the news, he eagerly shared his victory with his mother. As for his plans, he intends to deposit the prize money into his savings account.

The Lucky Riches game, which made its debut in February, originally featured eight top prizes, with three still up for grabs. Additionally, players have the opportunity to uncover eight $5,000 prizes and over 585,000 other cash prizes ranging from $5 to $1,000.

The retailer responsible for selling the winning scratch-off, Doc’s F&B Liquors, located at 7067 B&A Boulevard in Glen Burnie, will receive a $500 bonus from the Maryland Lottery.
