Shootout in Northeast Baltimore; 21-Year-Old Man Injured

BALTIMORE, MD – A 21-year-old man was injured during a shootout in the Northeast District on Friday, around 6:13 PM. Officers responded to a call on the 5100 block of Sinclair Lane and discovered a sedan involved in the incident.

The investigation revealed that the victim had parked his sedan when an unidentified black male began discharging at the vehicle. The sedan driver returned gunfire and then fled the scene.

The victim was later found on the 4800 block of Bowland Avenue suffering from a gunshot wound and was transported to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
