At approximately 11:30 PM, the police were called to the intersection of East 105 Street and 5 Avenue in Manhattan, New York City. The call reported an unconscious male in need of assistance. The incident occurred within the jurisdiction of the 23rd Precinct.
Upon arrival at the scene, law enforcement officers discovered a 63-year-old man lying unconscious on the ground.
