Three shot in Washington Heights

NEW YORK, NY – The New York City Police Department is requesting public assistance concerning an shooting in Washington Heights.

On Monday, around 8:57 PM, police responded to a 911 call reporting shots fired in Riverside Park, near West 158 Street and Henry Hudson Parkway.

On arrival, they discovered two female victims with gunshot wounds, a 19-year-old and a 20-year-old, who were transported to New York Presbyterian/Columbia University Irving Medical Center in stable condition. A third victim, a 28-year-old woman with a gunshot wound to her left shin, had transported herself to Montefiore Medical Center in stable condition.
