EAST LANSDOWNE, PA – On Sunday, at about 9:44 pm, officers from the East Lansdowne Police Department were called to the 100 Block of Wildwood Ave.
The incident reported was a shooting linked to an armed car-jacking.
The victim, an adult male working as an Uber East driver, had just completed a delivery when he noticed two young black males attempting to steal his vehicle.
When he tried to intervene, the suspects fired several gunshots, one of which hit the driver’s foot. The East Lansdowne Police Department is encouraging anyone with knowledge of the case to call 610-259-2308 or email [email protected].
