Stone Harbor host of Sand bag challenge this weekend

STONE HARBOR, NJ – Prepare yourself for an exhilarating experience at the Stone Harbor Sandbag Challenge, taking place at the Stone Harbor Recreation Center in Stone Harbor, New Jersey. On July 1, 2023, participants will have the opportunity to test their strength and endurance with a 31-block individual sandbag carry along the stunning beaches of Stone Harbor, adding an exciting twist with various challenges like squats and burpees.

This event isn’t just for adults—there’s also a special Kids Run with obstacles designed for children aged 10 and under, allowing them to join in on the activities and have a blast.

As a token of appreciation, all participants will receive a shirt and a finisher medal, commemorating their achievement in the challenge. It’s a wonderful memento to cherish from this memorable event.
