String of Smash and Grabs Reported at Philadelphia Shopping Center

PHILADELPHIA, PA – On June 25, at around 3:37 AM, three businesses in a shopping center at 701 W. Lehigh Avenue were targeted by a burglar. The TD Bank, Little Caesar’s Pizza, and Burger King all had their glass entry doors shattered by a rock.

Despite the damage and entry to the premises, no cash was removed from any of the registers. The cost of the damage to the properties is estimated to exceed $6000. The Philadelphia Police Department is asking the public not to approach the suspect but to contact 911 immediately. Tips can be submitted via phone at 215.686.TIPS (8477).
