Egg Harbor Township Man Charged Following Shooting Investigation

EGG HARBOR TOWNSHIP, NJ – Following an in-depth investigation into a shooting that occurred on January 10, Trasaan Jackson, 33, has been charged. The Egg Harbor Township Police Department’s Criminal Investigations Division has charged Jackson with Criminal Attempt Murder and multiple 1st and 2nd degree weapons offenses.

The initial incident took place on Absecon Boulevard (US Route 30), where officers responded to reports of a shooting. They discovered a vehicle struck by gunfire. Jackson is currently being held at the Atlantic County Justice Facility.
