HARRISBURG, PA – The Pennsylvania Attorney General, Michelle Henry, has filed a lawsuit against Philadelphia’s All American Monuments, Inc., and its proprietor, Nancy Jelassi. The company is charged with failing to deliver promised burial monuments and related services despite payment received from customers.

The lawsuit alleges that Ms. Jelassi and All American Monuments received thousands of dollars for engraved cemetery monuments but did not deliver or provide refunds. Attorney General Henry commented, “Ms. Jelassi and her company took advantage of Pennsylvanians during their vulnerable times.”

Impacted consumers are encouraged to file a complaint with the OAG Bureau of Consumer Protection at 1-800-441-2555 or online at www.attorneygeneral.gov. The suit was initiated by Deputy Attorney General Benjamin T. Sirolly in the Philadelphia County Court of Common Pleas.
