MON VALLEY, PA – A large crowd showed up at today’s conceal carry permit event in Mon Valley.

Residents of Mon Valley are encouraged to take advantage of the license to carry concealed permit satellite event happening today at the Glassport Senior Center on Monongahela Avenue.

The event, organized by Sheriff Kevin M. Kraus, aims to provide greater convenience for individuals who may face difficulty visiting the courthouse during regular business hours.


The event has seen a significant turnout, with many people showing up to obtain or renew their concealed carry permits. Those interested in participating can visit the Glassport Senior Center until 3 PM today. To complete the process, individuals should bring a valid ID and $20 in cash.

These monthly events serve as a valuable opportunity for community members to ensure they have the necessary permits to carry concealed firearms.
