PHILADELPHIA, PA- The Philadelphia Police Department is reaching out to the public for assistance in locating 68-year-old Janet Frederic, an endangered missing person. Janet was last seen on Wednesday, July 12, 2023, at 9:00 A.M., in the vicinity of the 1300 block of North Harrison Street.
Janet Frederic is described as being 5 feet 9 inches tall, weighing approximately 175 pounds, with brown eyes and white hair.
The urgency in finding Janet is heightened due to his endangered status, and authorities have been conducting searches and investigations since she was reported missing.
